The distillery

Calmont vodka is patiently crafted at a distillery in the Charente region of France.

Known for its century-old expertise in spirits, the Cognac region was an obvious choice.

All stages in the production of Calmont vodka, from distillation to bottling, take place within a 30 km radius of the town of Cognac, enabling us to develop an uncompromising product.

Given our geographical location, the proximity of artesian springs ensures a water supply of incomparable purity. The water we use comes out of the ground in Angeac, just 12 km from our distillery, down from the Massif Central. It is drawn from a depth of almost 185 m.

After being filtered through the rock, it is purified one last time before being used to reduce the distillate.

Calmont original and Blason d'Or edition vodkas are produced exclusively from French wheat.

A product rooted in our land, this wheat is grown in the fertile plains of the Beauce agricultural region, known as the “breadbasket” of France.

Wheat from these vast expanses, cultivated by men and women for generations, is renowned for its quality.
